Design Build Associates and Professional Services Construction have provided the following warranty information for the materials selected for the Exterior Renovation Project:

Fiber Cement Siding 50 years 1 year

Fiber Cement Trim 10 years 1 year

Painting (siding/wood) 3 years 3 years

Windows/Sliding Glass Doors 10 years 1 year

Entry Decks 1 year 1 year

Garage Doors & Openers 10 years 1 year

Please note that at this time none of the materials have been ordered, nor have any of the specialty contractors been secured.  Therefore, these warranty representations reflect what has been quoted for the labor and materials specified to date.
