The purpose of this meeting is to review the Repair & Restoration Policy which will be implemented throughout the Exterior Renovation Project.  This important document provides detailed information for what the current project plan includes and the specific responsibilities of the individual homeowners.  The policy explains what we each need to do in preparation for the work on our homes and it provides the boundaries for what is included in the HOA project and what we as individual homeowners are accountable for during the process.

Striving to make it as comprehensive as possible, the final details are currently being incorporated and a copy will be mailed to each homeowner within the next few days.  We encourage you to review the policy in advance of the meeting so you are familiar with the content and can formulate any specific questions that you need clarified or addressed by the construction team.  We have set aside this specific time to communicate this important aspect of the project so that you can better understand the nuances of the construction plan and be prepared when your building is renovated.
