Dear Village Palos Verdes Homeowners,

At the special meeting on August 28, 2008, homeowners were given an opportunity to view the approved design concept renderings and selected construction materials.  Information was provided with regard to the construction budget, financing options and the balloting process.  Knowing that many homeowners were not able to attend the meeting, the design concept renderings, construction materials and a video tape of the presentations given at the meeting will be available for viewing at Horizon Management during the following times:

Tuesday, September 9^th 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Thursday, September 11^th 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Wednesday, September 17^th 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Thursday, September 18^th 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Monday, September 22^nd 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, September 24^th 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

If the above dates and times are not convenient, please contact Joanne Peña to schedule an appointment during Horizon Management Company’s regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Should you have any questions about the project, or financing issues, there are a number of homeowners (in addition to the board members) who are knowledgeable and willing to sit down with you one on one to make sure that your questions are answered.  Please call Joanne Peña at (310) 543-1995 and provide her with your name, address and phone number so that she can have one of these volunteers contact you to schedule a mutually convenient time.  Joanne can answer any questions you may have regarding the balloting process.
