Dear Village Palos Verdes Homeowners,
The enclosed is a compilation of the questions asked and answered at, and subsequent to, the August 28th Special Assessment meeting for the VPV Exterior Renovation Project.
The PowerPoint slides presented at the August 28th meeting are available for viewing on the Association’s website: HYPERLINK "http://www.villagepalosverdes.com" www.villagepalosverdes.com. As those of you in attendance know, the entire meeting was video taped, and video clips are also available for viewing on the website.
If you were unable to attend the meeting, we urge you to take advantage of the information and materials that we have made available on the website. The video clips are titled so that you can watch only the clip relative to financing or the clip that shows the design concept, or you can watch all of the video clips at your leisure.

If you have remaining questions or concerns regarding the project and the need for the special assessment, you may request a one on one meeting with either an informed volunteer homeowner or a member of the HOA Board of Directors or Exterior Renovation Committee. Your support for this project, which will protect and enhance our homes is greatly appreciated.
