The agenda for the evening includes:

Review of the issues and details that are causing the water intrusion problems.

Presentation of the preliminary re-construction exterior design concept.

Review the status and achievements of the Job Process Flow Chart.

Identify what work will be performed prior to the next special Homeowners meeting, scheduled for August 14th.

Representatives from the Exterior Renovation team

(Design Build Associates, CSA Architects, Professional Services, the HOA Board of Directors and the VPV Exterior Renovation Committee) will be on hand to answer your questions with regard to the renovation project.
