Special VPV Homeowners Meeting Announcement

Dear VPV Homeowner:

A special meeting of only VPV OWNERS is scheduled for January 27^th, 2009 at 7:30PM.  Owner check-in / sign-in will begin at 7:00PM, so please plan to come early so we may start this important meeting on time.  Rather than our usual meeting place, please join us at the St. Francis Church just South of our complex, at 2200 Via Rosa, at Palos Verdes Boulevard.  The purpose of this meeting for owners is to review the process that the Exterior Renovation Committee, HOA Board of Directors, construction consultant, and general contractor went through to establish the budgeted costs of the exterior renovation project contracts, and how the bids were collected, processed, and selected.

We invite you to come and be informed about the details of this beneficial process.  Due to the financial information that will be provided only Village Palos Verdes Homeowners will be allowed into the meeting.  Please come so that you can become an informed owner about the details of the project budget process.

We look forward to seeing you on the 27^th.

(As a reminder, do not send Horizon Management your February monthly dues or special assessment payments.  A new Property Management firm is being selected and you will be notified next week regarding new payment instructions.  Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this time of transition.)
