The Final Budget and financing options for 

the Exterior Renovation Project

This meeting was originally scheduled for August 14^th, but has been delayed two weeks to enable us to refine the budget and to obtain as much information as possible with regard to HOA loan / financing options.

Representatives from the Exterior Renovation team 

(Design Build Associates, CSA Architects, Professional Services)

will be on hand to answer your questions with regard to the 

the design concept, construction plan and the budget.  The Association’s legal counsel will also be available to address homeowners concerns with regard to the Board’s authority in undertaking this project.
