EXTERIOR RENOVATION PROJECT

In our continuing effort to keep you informed with regard to the status of the Exterior Renovation Project, as well as other business affecting the Village Palos Verdes Homeowners Association, we are sharing the enclosed communications with you.  The Board is committed to honoring the wishes of the majority of members who have voted in favor of the project and have already secured the financing necessary to meet their obligation under the special assessment.  

Because rumors and misinformation have a negative impact on the community, we feel it is important to keep you apprised of activities that may affect the HOA as a business, as well as the community atmosphere of Village Palos Verdes.
