VPV PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FIRM SELECTED

Dear VPV Homeowner:

The VPV HOA Board of Directors met in Executive Session on January 19 to review and evaluate proposals received for Professional Property Management services.  The two top candidates were then invited to submit additional support documentation and attend interview sessions.  Following a four hour Executive Session on January 23 and a thorough review of both candidates, the Board was then faced with an extremely difficult decision as both candidates had very strong aspects to offer VPV.  In conclusion, the Board reached a difficult, but unanimous decision selecting Scott Management Company to be the new service provider.  We have entered a six-month agreement with the option to renew, based on satisfactory performance.

Please watch your mail later this week for an introductory letter issued directly from Scott Management, introducing their firm, the contact details for submitting maintenance requests and payment details for monthly dues and special assessment payments, etc.

We welcome the team from Scott Management and appreciate their interest in partnering with the VPV HOA to maintain our property.
