If you have questions with regard to the Exterior Renovation Project, there are homeowners who are knowledgeable and willing to sit down with you one-on-one to ensure that your questions are answered.  Call Joanne Peña at Horizon Management – Joanne will put you in contact with one of these volunteers.

The Exterior Renovation Special Assessment ballots will be counted Monday, October 6th, at 6:30 p.m. at Horizon Management.  If you have not already done so, please return your ballot today, using the specially marked envelopes provided.

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL:

The Articles of Incorporation state:

The specific and primary purposes for which the Association is formed are to provide for maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the Condominium Project.

The Board of Directors is charged with the duty and obligation to ensure that architectural standards are maintained, with all installations conforming harmoniously in design and materials.

Annual Meeting & Election:

The annual meeting and board election is scheduled for Thursday, October 9th at 7:30 p.m. at the Resurrection Lutheran Church.  If you are returning your ballot by mail, please use the envelopes provided – do not send your board election ballot and your special assessment ballot in the same envelopes as they are being counted at two different times.

Got Leaks?  If you suspect that you may have a plumbing leak, please report it to Horizon Management immediately.  Plumbing leaks within the walls can cause mold and other serious damage to the wood framing.
