CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 p.m. by Carma Hardin, President.

Time Warner Bulk Cable Agreement.

MOTION (MB,JG) to accept the bulk cable agreement proposed by Time Warner for Digital Variety Tier, 10 channels of HBO, 10 channels of Showtime, and one receiver for $26 per month, effective January 1, 2008.  The motion carried.

NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m.  The next meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at Resurrection Lutheran Church.
