The Village Palos Verdes Board of Directors is keeping a list of preferred vendors or service providers that can be of assistance to VPV homeowners during the renovation project, as well as in the future. It is the Board’s intent to maintain this list of preferred vendors on the Association’s website (here, below) and we are asking for your recommendations to add to the list. The goal is to provide VPV homeowners with as many resources as possible so that there will be several service providers in each category to choose from when the need arises, preferably service providers who are familiar with the complex and understand our policies with regard to parking, disposal of construction debris, etc.
If you have recently used a contractor, handyman or any other service provider, have been pleased with their service and are willing to refer them to your neighbors, please forward their company name, the type of service they provide and their phone number to our property management contact. The types of service providers we are looking for include: window coverings, painters, tile installers, plumbers, house cleaners, window cleaners, carpet cleaners, etc. The list could also include pet sitters, dog walkers, dry cleaners, notaries. For obvious reasons, it is important that all recommended service providers are currently in business.
Please note that the Board of Directors does not endorse any of the vendors on the list. Homeowners are urged to check each vendor’s background, license and references.
